Strawberry and Raspberry Pisco Sour

Nothing beats an ice cold beverage!

Time: Preperation – 5 minutes / Ready – 5 minutes
Serves: 4


125g Raspberries, plus extra for decoration
400g Strawberries, hulled
50ml Sugar
Zest and juice of 4 limes
200ml Pisco or a light brandy


1) In a food processor or in a bowl with masher, purée the raspberries and strawberries thoroughly. Transfer to a sieve with a bowl underneath it. Press the pulp down with the back of a spoon occasionally, whilst you leave it to stand and drain until needed.
2) Squeeze all of the juices out of the fruit pulp and discard the pulp. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, the raspberry and strawberry juice, sugar, lime zest and juice and sugar. Pop the lid on and shake. Strain into four chilled glasses. You may have to do this in batches depending on how large your cocktail shaker is. Break a couple of raspberries into pieces and scatter onto the cocktails. Serve.
