Nothing beats an ice cold beverage!
100g Raspberries, plus extra for decoration
200g Strawberries, hulled
25ml Elderflower cordial
500ml Chilled tonic water
1) In a food processor or in a bowl with masher, purée the raspberries and strawberries thoroughly, then mix in the cordial.
2) Divide the purée between six glasses, then top with the tonic water and serve. Alternatively, place the purée in a jug and pour in the tonic water, and serve with glasses.
