Ingredients
100g Caster Sugar
320g Plain Flour
2tsp baking powder
½ tsp Salt
110g Unsalted Butter
150g Strawberry chopped
1tsp Lemon juice
1tbsp Orange Zest and Juice
145ml Milk
2 Medium Banana
1tsp Vanilla Extract
Method
1)Preheat the oven to 190c.
2)Clean and chop strawberries then place them in a bowl and pour the lemon juice over them.
3)Then in a large bowl add the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt then combine together with a fork.
4)In another bowl mash up the banana then add the milk, zest from orange and vanilla extract.
5)Add the wet ingredients and strawberries to the dry mix.
6)Mix well using a spatula.
7)Using an ice cream scoop, scoop out the cookie dough and place on a baking sheet lined with a parchment.
8) Bake for 25 minutes.
9) Cool on wire rack
