Ingredients
For the ice-cream
- 2 x egg yolks
- 75g of castor sugar
- 1 x punnet of AVA Magnum Strawberries
- 1 x tub of double cream
For the cocktail
- 1 x bottle of prosecco
- 6 x AVA Magnum strawberries (5 per cocktail and 1 for garnish)
- 50ml of Fraiser Strawberry Blended Scotch Whisky Liqueur
- Ice
Method
Ice-cream
- To your ice cream maker
- Add the egg yolks, the castor sugar, the double cream and chopped up strawberries to your ice cream maker
- Let it do its thing and once ice cream is made, spoon it into a container suitable for freezing.
- Freeze overnight
Build your cocktail
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle 5 x AVA Magnum strawberries
- Add in 50ml of Fraiser Strawberry Whisky Liqueur
- Add in ice and shake well
- Strain into glass
- Top up with prosecco leaving some room for a BIG scoop of Strawberry ice-cream
- Garnish with a strawberry
