Summer berry sling
Serves 1 (non-alcoholic) Muddle 4-6 strawberries in a shaker. Add 10ml elderflower cordial, 10ml ginger syrup, 10ml fresh lemon juice, 60ml cranberry juice and 60ml pressed apple juice. Shake hard and strain over cubed ice in a hi-ball glass. Garnish with a sliced lemon and strawberry.
